Our SaltDogg Pickup Bed Salt Spreaders are by far the most popular spreaders we carry for commercial snow plowers. These salt spreaders just drop right into your pickup truck's bed and have nice large capacities. Our smallest pickup bed salt spreader is double the capacity of our 10 cu ft tailgate spreader. All these units use an electric auger to bring the material to the back of the unit plus an electric motor to distribute the material on the road. They are all made with a rotationally molded, double wall polymer shell. They include a black, powder coated steel top frame to break up material before loaded, a vibrator kit to keep material flowing, and tie down kit for mounting.
