Mirror assemblies come with both mirror heads and the bottom bracket. They do not include the top upper holder with the flip-out arm. Please order upper arm and bracket 60-6021L separately. This quality aftermarket mirror assembly has plastic mirror heads and will mount into the existing mirror mounting holes on the cab of the truck.
