98"W x 107"H Universal Premium Mill Evolution Replacement White Rollup Door for trucks with 1" rollers. This is a universal door that can be cut down to 94"W x 101"H. Our premium Mill Evolution Roll-Up Doors are designed and tested to be the strongest and most durable roll-up doors on the market. Compared to other roll-up doors, that may jam, crack, or break on impact, the Mill Evolution door's revolutionary design immensely reduces those risks. This effectively reduces the need to buy replacement parts due to damage. This door is 80% pre-assembled. Hinges are purposely not installed on one side and the top of the door, so when trimmed to a smaller size, your hinges and rollers will install with minimal effort.

The inner and outer galvanized steel skins give it the stiffness and durability it needs to withstand most common impacts; while the inner polyethylene core acts as a shock absorber, absorbing the strongest of said impacts. Combine these two factors with the patent-pending tongue insert, and you have the most reliable and long-lasting roll-up door available.

The counterbalance spring assembly for this Todco style door is not included. If you need one, order 20-7092 for a single spring or 20-7098 for a dual spring.

Rivets are provided to complete this door assembly. To install the rivets with an air hammer, you need a Rivet Set Tool (Part: 20-7091). If you prefer not to use rivets, you can order our package of stainless-steel bolts and nuts (Part: 20-7095).
