Front rotor fits 1979-96, dual rear wheel P-series with 4 wheel disc brakes, 19.5" wheel with independent suspension. Attaches to 5 lug hub even though it has 8 lug holes.
Also replaces the front rotor on older RV's with the Chevrolet P series chassis with 19.5" wheel and with independent suspension. Attaches to 5 lug hub even though it has 8 lug holes.
