Description

Extend life to your cutting edge and reduce blade changes with our 15" x 6" Carbide Wear Plate that is pre-punched for 1/2" bolts. These edges mount over the top of your existing blade allowing the carbide edge to wear first instead of your steel edge. Doing so will extend the life of your cutting edge many times over its original life span. The 5/8" deep bullnose carbide insert is 3/8" wide for long lasting wear.

Our custom made anti-wear plate will fit multiple blade sizes. Below is a chart for the straight blades it can be used with that we carry. It will also fit others manufacturers and some V-blades.

Our 155-1510 has holes mounted 1" down and 3" down from the top of the blade and can be used with either sets of holes. It uses 1/2" bolts.

• The holes mounted 1' from the top allow this carbide edge to fit blades with hole distances from 9-3/8" up to 12-1/2"
• The centered holes mounted 3" from the top allow this carbide edge to fit blades with hole distances from 10-1/4" up to 13-1/4"

Two carbide wear plates are needed per cutting edge.
