I've used Mill Supply for various supplies, and parts and am glad you guys provide great communication and service. Coming from a mechanics background, I appreciate the organization and specific knowledge
of these odd parts.
Pop Bistro is our second truck, and is built on a 1998 Chevy P32 Platform. The kitchen is all stainless steel construction with an Ansul fire suppression system which is required by the Health Department. It uses a 40 Gallon LP tank to power the Onan generator for electricity and also the 6 LP gas burners. The generator also provides electricity to our prep refrigerator and our storage refrigerator. 3 high powered vents smoke out the rear while there are 4 large vents at the top for ventilation and to keep things more tolerable. Although during service it easily reaches 130 degrees Fahrenheit inside.
The P32 is powered by a new 5.7 liter computer controlled Chevy V8, and the transmission is a Chevy 4 Speed. The mirrors and jump seat, as well as various fasteners were provided by Mill Supply with a future order for various lights and suspension parts to be coming.
NL wraps hand laid the 3M metallic vinyl in a Piet Mondrian style and also painted the wheels hot rod red. Tirestickers.com provided the white wall sides to
give us a unique food truck look. Our menus range from French Soul Food to Asian Fusion to great Bistro Burgers. Without Mill Supply providing services and
parts we wouldn't be able to stay on the road serving Silicon Valley CA. Thank You!
P.S. We also had our trucks at our wedding where we served 220 people.
