Prompt Service - You the customer, are the most important
part of our business and the goal at Mill Supply is to provide prompt
service and quality merchandise at a fair price. One way Mill
Supply has obtained this goal is to set a standard that 95% of all
orders called in before 3 P.M. E.S.T. are shipped the same day.
ORDERING INFORMATION
Phone in your order 8-5 EST Monday-Friday and charge it to your
Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. You can also mail in your
order and pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, check or money-order.
There is a $20.00 charge on uncollected checks. By prepaying
your order you save the $8.00 COD collection fee. Include
your daytime phone with your order. See SHIPPING for more
information.
When charging to your Credit Card, include:

GUARANTEE: Mill Supply's guarantee is equal to or better
than what each manufacturer furnishes. In no case is it greater
than the cost of the merchandise.
All prices are F.O.B. Cleveland and are subject to change without
notice.
SHIPPING
We ship UPS unless you specify otherwise. When shipping
prepaid orders by UPS add 10% of order total for shipping east of
the Mississippi, 15% west of the Mississippi. (minimum $7.50)
When orders are sent COD the actual shipping amount will be charged.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and shipping by freight
is more expensive. Please call for a price quote.
FOREIGN ORDERS: These must be prepaid in U.S. funds.
We will quote shipping after we know size, weight, and value of
shipment.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: Examine and count all packages
carefully. If parts arrive damaged, contact the carrier immediately.
(BE SURE TO KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIAL.) The claims
inpector will not accept responsiblilty for damaged merchandise
without seeing the carton it was shipped in. Mill Supply is
not responsible for damaged merchandise that can not be properly
examined by the claims inspector. Multiple package shipments
may not arrive on the same day.
RETURN POLICY: A return authorization number
must be obtained before returning any merchandise.
Returned goods are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Goods may
only be returned within 60 days of purchase.
You will receive a credit for returned merchandise. Upon
your instructions, we will issue a refund check provided your check
has cleared the bank. If the merchandise was paid by Visa,
MasterCard or Discover Card, we will credit your credit card immediately.
